Our Story

CWCreform is an advocacy group co-founded by two brothers; one currently incarcerated and the other advocating from outside. The group's formation was triggered by the elder brother, Cyrus, who suffered a previously undiagnosed schizophrenic break, which resulted in his incarceration in a county jail with limited resources. The jail authorities tried to take him off his medication and denied him therapy. However, Cyrus's family and support system stood by him and continuously pressed the facility for assistance. Despite their efforts, Cyrus remained in jail for twenty-two months with his court dates frequently postponed.

The brothers founded CWCreform as a response to their firsthand experiences of the inadequacies within the justice system. They aim to provide resources and advocate for those without the means to access justice in the system.

CWCreform strives to be a beacon of hope for those who have lost faith in the justice system. The group's mission is to bring about positive change by addressing the issues faced by those who have been wronged by the system. With the help of like-minded individuals, CWCreform seeks to make a meaningful impact and ensure that everyone has access to a fair and just system, regardless of their resources.
